日本で働き、暮らす外国人住民は年々増えています。特に出産・子育てをする方々には難しい局面もあります。

外国人にとって、日本での日常の生活情報以外に、お子様のための細かな情報を得るのは容易なことではありません。信頼できる相談先が見つからず、親子・子ども同士の交流が深まらない状況は身近にあります。外国人が日本で多く働くいま、T.B.C.Jは、みんながスムーズに生活するだけでなく、一歩進んだ利用価値をもとめ、より豊かな生活となるよう、様々なサポート活動をしています。

The number of foreign residents working and living in Japan is increasing every year.

This can present difficult challenges, especially for those giving birth and raising children.

For foreigners, obtaining detailed information for their children, beyond the daily life information in Japan, is not an easy task.

The lack of reliable consultation sources and limited opportunities for interaction between parents and children are common issues. T.B.C.J. provides various support activities to not only help everyone live smoothly but also to seek further value and achieve a richer life.

It is important for children to understand and live with diversity with respecting Japan's cherished cultural heritage and social norms.

We support working parents in raising and educating their children with comfort. We also provide support for international exchange and assistance within the community and workplace.

Thank you for visiting my website.

I'd built this family support organization from my experience of working in a preschool and a international kindergarten for years.

I'd met many foreign families living in Japan and realized there would be more possibilities for people to have wonderful time in Japan! Especially for children, we would like to do our best to find and reach what they need or want. For whether foreigner or Japanese, all children are deserved to have opportunities of education and happiness.
